How will I receive my kit?
Immediately after payment, you receive an email with a download link. The kit is a ZIP file containing the PDF and the Excel file.
Which language will I receive?
Every kit exists in English and French. Choose your language on the product page before adding it to your cart.
Do I need special software?
A PDF reader (free) and Excel, or a compatible spreadsheet such as Google Sheets or LibreOffice.
Can I edit the content?
Yes. The scoring grid, participants and teams can be edited in the Excel file. The PDF also contains areas to fill in by hand (dates, rewards, custom scoring grid).
How many people can take part?
The kits are designed for teams of 5 to 30 people. Team mode also lets you play in small groups.
Does it work for remote teams?
Yes. The guide includes a remote variant: leaderboard shared as a screenshot, challenges announced on video calls and certificates sent as PDFs.
Can I use a kit several times?
Yes, as often as you like within your company. Reselling or sharing the kit outside your company is not allowed.
Can I get a refund?
As a digital product available for immediate download, purchases are in principle non-refundable. If you have a technical issue (unreadable file, broken link), contact me and I will quickly find a solution.
